'Times New Roman';font-size:16px\">2.1.1 工程建設 'Times New Roman';font-size:16px\">輸水工程由骨干工程及田間工程組成，其中骨干工程由輸水總干、3條干管、7條支管及5座泵站組成，輸水線路63.96km，其中輸水總干長3.75km，3條干管總長30.95km，7條支管總長29.26km。

'Times New Roman';font-size:16px\">花灘子水庫工程的工程等別為Ⅱ等，工程規模為大（2）型。'Times New Roman';font-size:16px\">工程任務以城鄉供水和灌溉為主、兼顧發電。'Times New Roman';font-size:16px\">工程建成后主要向思南縣城區、思南縣塘頭鎮等周邊鄉鎮供水，總供水量為8909萬m3/a，'Times New Roman';font-size:16px\">總庫容1.13億m3，正常蓄水位為491m，死水位為463m'Times New Roman';font-size:16px\">；'Times New Roman';font-size:16px\">電站總裝機容量為7000kW，多年平均發電量1816萬kW·h。

'Times New Roman';font-size:16px\">2.2 招標范圍：包括導流隧洞（含封堵期臨時生態放水設施）、原有進場道路X532縣道加寬、左岸上層灌漿平硐兼交通洞、右岸冉氏堂交通洞、右岸基坑公路R3、左岸上壩公路R4、左岸上游基坑公路R6、施工營地、材料堆場及臨時堆料場、樞紐區施工用電設施等全過程施工及保修期監理服務；'Times New Roman';font-size:16px\">配合水保'Times New Roman';font-size:16px\">、環保監理工作等。
