二、外國投資和境外投資領(lǐng)域立法及其實(shí)施。

II. Legislation and its implementation in the field of foreign investment and overseas investment.

三、涉及中國政府的國際投資爭端應(yīng)對。

III.International investment disputes involving the Chinese government.

（2）采購標(biāo)的需執(zhí)行的國家相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或者其他標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范；
    (2) Relevant national standards, industry standards, local standards or other standards and specifications to be implemented for the procurement object;

符合中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)要求。
Meet the requirements of laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

（3）采購標(biāo)的需滿足的質(zhì)量、安全、技術(shù)規(guī)格、物理特性等要求；
     (3) Quality, safety, technical specifications, physical characteristics and other requirements to be met for the procurement object;

熟悉國際投資領(lǐng)域條約談判、立法、爭端解決相關(guān)規(guī)則和實(shí)踐，按照委托方要求完成相關(guān)工作。

Be familiar with the relevant rules and practices on treaty negotiation, legislation and dispute settlement in the field of international investment, and complete relevant work according to the requirements of the entrusting party.
 （4）采購標(biāo)的的數(shù)量、采購項目交付或者實(shí)施的時間和地點(diǎn)；

The number of the team members should be sufficient, and hA/Ve the professional standards and relevant experience in offering legal service that can meet the quality requirements of such service. Team member should scrupulously abide by the duty, keep cautious and diligent, to accomplish task in strict compliance with working time limit.
