normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:23.0pt'>本招標項目 黔西市2021年農村人居環境整治專項建設項目（三標段）（二次招標）  (項目名稱)已由 畢節市發展和改革委員會、畢節市農業農村局  (項目審批、核準或備案機關名稱)以 畢發農經[2021]135號\n (批文名稱及編號)批準建設，招標人(項目業主)為黔西市農業農村局，建設資金來自 中央預算內投資及地方縣級財政資金  (資金來源)，項目出資比例為 / 。項目已具備招標條件，現對該項目的\n施工 進行公開招標。

2.2 建設規模及內容：農村生活垃圾、生活污水治理等基礎設施建設。

normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:23.0pt'>3.1本次招標要求投標人須具備 市政公用工程施工總承包叁級及以上資質 資質，并在人員、設備、資金等方面具有相應的施工能力，其中，投標人擬派項目經理須具備 市政公用工程 專業 貳級（含以上級）注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建建設工程項目的項目經理。
